Wir sind heute mit der Firma Patel umgezogen. Die Jungs waren top. Sie waren pünktlich erschienen, sehr freundlich, flink und sehr sorgfältig. Auf kleine Bitten wurde sofort eingegangen. Innerhalb von knapp 2h war unser Haus ausgeräumt und eine weitere Stunde später war alles an unserer neuen Adresse wieder entladen.

Auch im Vorfeld war die Firma Patel sehr professionell. Die Firma Patel war die einzigste Umzugsfirma, die sich die Mühe machte vor Ort alles zu besichtigen. Auch ist Herr Patel zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Er ruft sogar Sonntags zurück um ausstehende Fragen zu klären. Das nenne ich Service. Wir würden immer wieder mit der Firma Patel umziehen.

I am really more than satisfied with Patel Removals. From setting up the no-parking zone to delivering the boxes (of very good quality) to the actual move, everything went smoothly. The really friendly team was there on time in the morning and completed the move quickly. The furniture was well packaged and nothing was damaged. The construction of the new apartment also went smoothly. It was even possible to order and implement special requests (transporting some pieces of furniture to another location). The contact with Mr. Patel was always very friendly and competent. I can really only recommend Patel Removals and am grateful for the good move. I would work with Patel company again.

I strongly recommend Mr. Patel's services to anyone who is looking for affordable yet best quality moving service. We recently moved with one big truck luggage that included several delicate things and giant stuff like furniture. The professionals from Patel transport did all removal and installations within 2 hours (we were awestruck with their speed and efficiency) and there has been no single scratch on any single item. Was looking for a moving company for a move within HH very spontaneously (for moving a week later). A call was enough and the next day Mr. Patel came over to inspect the removal goods (50m² apartment). The next day I had the offer. Was cheaper than a comparable offer and the impression was nice and trustworthy. So decided for Patel.

I packed the moving boxes myself. Have the moving company dismantle and assemble a cabinet. The 5 moving helpers were there on time, very quickly (although from the 4th floor to the 4th floor there was no elevator) and very friendly.

Smaller scratches on some furniture, but they cannot be avoided 100% if you do not want to accept a lot of effort and thus higher costs.

CONCLUSION: To be recommended !!

Mr. Patel brought along very friendly and particularly helpful staff. The helpers appeared in Seevetal punctually at 9 a.m. All furniture and cupboards were professionally packed and the whole house emptied and everything loaded. The team drove to Lüneburg with 3 trucks. Everything was unloaded there and set up again in the apartment. People were very careful with our furniture. Nothing was damaged. The floors were covered before entering. At 6 p.m. the entire move was done, i.e. everything was in the 3 room apartment and in the basement. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the company!
